Not always. If the items are outside and accessible and we’ve agreed on a price, we can handle it without you there and settle up by phone. For inside jobs we’d rather you be there so nothing goes that shouldn’t.
Can you come today?
Often, yes — same-day service is available depending on where we are in the route. Call early and your odds are better. Worst case it’s next-day.
Is scrap metal really free?
Yes. If your load is all metal — appliances, fencing, pipe, auto parts, AC condensers — we pick it up at no charge. Mixed loads get quoted normally, with the metal portion factored in.
Do I have to move everything outside first?
No. That’s the job. Attic, upstairs bedroom, back of the garage — we carry it out. You point at it.
How is the price decided?
By how much room your load takes in the truck, not by the hour. We confirm the number on site before we start, so there’s nothing to argue about at the end.
